Most local types of Cheese are made by the Amish method. This method generally involves milk from hormone-free cows and no preservatives. This makes for a healthier and much better tasting cheese. So we naturally prefer Ohio Amish Cheese. Our Signature local types of Cheese include Swiss, Baby Swiss, Sharp Swiss, Amish Butter Cheese, Yogurt Cheese, and several variations of each.
