Heini's Cheese Chalet
We purchase milk from over 250 small to medium size Amish Farms. The average herd size of these farms is eight to ten cows and much of this milk comes to us in the old fashioned milk cans! Once the milk arrives at our plant, HEINI'S Master Cheese-makers begin producing a complete menu of all natural, Artisan cheeses in many different styles ranging from Deli Wheels, Slicing Loaves, Longhorn Style, Cracker Cuts, and Half Moons.
